I have faced a very bad experience for three times straight when I did the online payment and the TNEB will fail to realize the payment was done and send their staffs to plug out the fuse for non payment.
Every time I have to submit them a written proof or printout of the invoice copy that the payment was done. Last time even after payment and sending the proof they blocked my account for non payment, when I asked the guy who came he casually answered "why you make online payment"? "pay in office", Come on a busy guy like me cannot afford to travel few kilometers just to pay the EB bill by standing in a queue. That's why the online payment was introduced isn't it?
Worst part is I saw many people with same complaint in browsing center where I went to take printout.
Then I complained to their superiors and they wanted a printout of mail to send to the other office to unblock my account. I have attached the same here as well. Afterwards I didn't'face any issues anymore.
